The revocation procedure depends on your booking variant:
NetDebit
If you wish to revoke your contractual declaration, you can address your request to NetDebit in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) within 14 days after booking without stating any reasons.
To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient to send the revocation in time. Please send the revocation to our payment service provider NetDebit.

If our membership did not convince you, you can cancel your booking within 14 days. We will not charge you for days already used on a goodwill basis and will refund the full amount.
However, we would like to point out that in case of a revocation we will not offer any further booking options or accept any further revocations.
This also extends to possible new and further profiles on our platform. If you book again in such cases and revoke the booking, we unfortunately cannot accept this and the booking will be continued with costs.
To initiate the revocation, please contact our support directly and let us know your name (or the name of the account holder) and your bank details in order to solve your request faster.

We would like to point out that we cannot offer you another revocation for a new booking. This also applies to possible new and further profiles on our platform. If you book again in such cases and revoke the booking, we can unfortunately not accept this and the booking will be continued with costs.
If your account/credit card has already been debited, please do not reverse the amount yourself or prevent the debit in order to avoid unnecessary cancellation costs. The amount will be booked back to you in a timely manner.
Appstore ( Playstore / Itunes )
If you booked via your app store, a cancellation is only possible via the app store itself.
Apple:
-Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
-Log in with your Apple ID and password.
-When you see the "Report" or "Report Problem" button next to the item you want to request a refund for, click it.
-Follow the instructions on the page to select a reason for the refund and submit your request.
Google:
-Go to the play.google.com/store/account page.
-Click Order History.
-Find the order you want to return.
-Select "Request a refund" or "Report a problem" in the order.
-Select the option that best describes the situation.
-Fill out the form and note that you want a refund.
