You can view the current status of your membership here. Depending on the payment method, there are different ways to cancel your membership.
NetDebit or Novalnet
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your profile management under "Membership".
JOYCE App via Playstore and iTunes
Google Playstore
- Open Google Play
- Check if you are logged in to the right Google account
- Click on the three-dash menu and then on "Subscriptions"
(Attention: Google has a recently revised design! The menu is now above the avatar on the top right) - Select the subscription you want to cancel
- Click on "Cancel subscription"
- Follow the instructions
Apple iTunes
- Open the settings
- Click on your name
- Click on "Subscriptions"
(If "Subscriptions" doesn't appear, click "iTunes & App Store" instead.
Then click on your Apple ID, then "View Apple ID," sign in, scroll down to "Subscriptions," and click on "Subscriptions") - Click on the subscription you want to manage
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
Tip:
If you don't see "Cancel Subscription", the subscription has already been cancelled and will not be renewed.
By bank transfer
Here no cancellation is necessary, because the booking by bank transfer directly with us (F&P GmbH) is not a subscription. The membership simply expires after the booked time.
