You have deleted your profile or want to delete it, but you still have a running Plus or Premium membership?
Then we can transfer it to a new profile.
Please create the new profile and send us the following data via the support form:
- NetDebit customer & booking number when booking via NetDebit (credit card/direct debit)
- Reason for payment and the approximate date of the transfer when booking via F&P GmbH
- your old profile name (the profile name from the previous profile you booked with)
- a booking receipt of the booked premium subscription from your App Store or Play Store (e.g. screenshot)
- the GPA number of the booking, if you booked via the Play Store
If the new profile is of the same type, you can use the subscription normally for the remaining term.
If the profile type is different, the remaining credit will be credited to you when you make a new booking or we will issue you a voucher for the remaining term - to which you are entitled with the new profile type.
