How can I watch?
Under Photos, Videos & Livestreams you will find theLivestreams section . On this overview page you can see all currently running livestreams. The preview image shows you what is currently happening in the stream. In addition, you can find out who started the stream, what the topic is and how many viewers are currently watching live.

What is the right way to behave as a viewer?
In the chats of the livestreams the same applies as in the other areas of the community: Be friendly and respectful andcontribute to a harmonious coexistence on this erotic playground. You can find out more about this in our Community Guide.
As a viewer you will score points with the streamers and other viewers if you respond to thewishes of the streamers and the current topic of the stream.
Avoid pushy and harsh demands and make sure you use appropriate words. Our members who show up in the livestream do so of their own free will and without financial interests. A sense of entitlement is therefore out of place here. The JOYclub livestream lives, like other features in our community, from the for and with each other.

How do I know when someone is streaming?
If you particularly like a stream, you can click on theBookmark Memberbutton on the streamer's profile . You'll be automatically notified when they start streaming again, and you'll get a notification on your Wall.
- If you have saved members in your contact list, you will receive a notification as soon as your contact has started a live stream.
- If the option Show on wall is activated in the contact entry, you will also be informed on your wall about the start of the streams.

Can we as a couple access the livestream from two devices at the same time?
Yes, your* partner and you can watch simultaneously from different devices in both the same and different livestreams.
Also, one of you can start a livestream and the other person can watch the stream within the same account.
Pause when switching tabs
If you change your browser tab for a long time while watching, the stream will pause automatically. When you switch back to the Livestream tab, you can continue watching directly by clicking Play.
Technical tips & tricks for trouble-free watching
Suitable browsers
For the best quality experience in our livestreams, we recommend using Google Chrome, Edge or Opera browsers .
Video quality and connection
- If you experience fluctuations or drops in quality, please disable any programs you don't need and any downloads that may be running.
- If possible, use a LAN connection (Internet via cable), since WLAN connections can fluctuate strongly and the bandwidth can also be too low here.
- If you use WLAN, make sure that there are as few obstacles as possible (such as walls or furniture) between the router and your end device.
- Watching multiple streams at the same time can reduce the available bandwidth, which leads to a decrease in quality.
- Using VPN or surfing via encryption networks can lead to disconnections, so we recommend not using them.
