How do I report a violation in JOYclub ?

How you report a violation in JOYclub depends on where you become aware of it. 

- ClubMails

In ClubMails you will find a white arrow next to the timestamp on the right. If you click on it, an options menu will open. Select "Report to Support" to report the violation.

- Photos & Videos

For photos and videos you can find the report function by clicking on the 3-dot-symbol or by clicking on "Report picture" or "Report video" below the "Like" button.

- Posts

For posts you will find a small white arrow next to the timestamp, click on it and choose the option "Report post".

- Profile

For a profile, you will find the option "Complain about profile" in the top right corner after clicking on the 3-dot-symbol.

- Events

In case of an event you will find the note "Report event" at the very bottom.

- Support message

You can reach the support via the help center by clicking on "Contact support" in the upper right corner. From the profile you can find the help center by clicking the "More" button in the top right navigation bar.

What happens if I commit a violation in JOYclub ?

If you have committed a violation consciously or unconsciously, the JOY team will contact you to make you aware of our Community Guide.

If we deem it necessary to take action, it will be based on the nature and frequency of the violations. Stricter measures may also result in restrictions of the offer (temporary restrictions of use up to a house ban).
