In your profile settings, you can change the location under 'Account': https://www.joyclub.com/en/edit/account/. Save the entry after the change.
If you want to hide the region (city/county) in your profile, you can set it here. Set the selection at 'Show region' to 'No' and save it. Only the state will be displayed in your profile.
