In your profile settings, you can change your location under 'Account': https://www.joyclub.com/en/edit/account/. Save the entry after the change.
If you want to hide the region (city/county) in your profile, you can set that here. Select 'No' at 'Show region' and save it. Only the state will be displayed in your profile then.
