There are three different types of contact editing available to you:
1. Quick editing with the help of the editing buttons
You can find the editing buttons on the right side of the contact overview. With these buttons you can set all important options for each contact directly in the overview with just one click. In addition, you can write a ClubMail to the respective contact or open an overview in which you can edit the contact in detail.
2. Detailed editing of individual contacts
In addition to the option of the quick edit, you have the possibility in the detailed contact edit to note comments about individual contacts and to save the contact in different folders.
3. Collective editing of several contacts
To edit several contacts at the same time, you can use the collective editing.
You can either edit all your contacts or all contacts in a certain folder.
3.1 This is how you get to the collective editing:
You can edit all contacts by scrolling down to the bottom of the "My contacts" contact management screen and then clicking on "Edit list". You can edit contacts in individual folders by first selecting a folder in the contact management on the left and then clicking on "Edit list" below the list with all contacts in the respective folder.
3.2 This is how collective editing works:
You can edit multiple contacts at once by selecting the contacts you want to edit (ticking the boxes next to their usernames). Then, in the bottom right corner, select one of the following actions to apply to the selected contacts:
* Add the selected contacts to one of your folders
* Delete the selected contacts
* Show selected contacts on the Wall
* Show selected contacts in Messenger
