Some email providers block our activation emails for various reasons beyond our control.
There are three common causes:
- the server blocked our email address (noreply@joyclub.de)
- the mailbox is full
- the mailbox is inactive because there was no login for too long
Accordingly, the solutions are:
- add noreply@joyclub.de as a contact in your mailbox
- empty the mailbox
- log in regularly
