Some email providers block our activation emails for various reasons beyond our control.
There are three common causes why you may not have received the activation mail:
- The server blocked our email address (noreply@joyclub.com).
- Your mailbox is full.
- Your mailbox is inactive because you haven't logged in for a while.
Accordingly, the solutions are:
- Add noreply@joyclub.com to your email contacts.
- Empty your mailbox.
- Make sure to log in regularly.
Please also note:
- The email might have gotten lost in the spam folder, so be sure to check that too.
- If in doubt, inform your email provider about the issue and ask for a solution.
