For reasons beyond our control, some email providers block our activation emails.
There are three common problems:
- the server has blocked our email address (email@example.com)
- your inbox is full
- your inbox is inactive because your last login was too long ago
These can be resolved as follows:
- save firstname.lastname@example.org as an email contact
- empty your inbox
- log in regularly

- Check your spam folder
- If in doubt, contact your mail provider about the situation and ask them to resolve it.
