Password forgotten
In JOYclub
Please log out of JOYclub and use the forgotten password function. Enter the email address associated with your account and confirm the form.
- You should now receive an email from us in your mailbox.
- This contains a link that is valid for a limited period of time.
- Click on the link to set up a new password.
Note:
If there is no message from us in your inbox or spam folder, please add the sender address "noreply@joyclub.com" to your email contacts. Then repeat the process described above.
In the JOYCE App
Please log out of JOYCE and restart the app.
Now tap the "Log in" button and then "Forgot login" in the next window.
Enter the email address associated with your account and click on "Reset login".
- You should now receive an email from us in your mailbox.
- This contains a link that is valid for a limited period of time.
- Click on the link to set up a new password.

Forgotten profile name
For security and privacy reasons, there is currently no way for you to find out your profile name yourself. Please write us a message at support@joyclub.com . We will be glad to help you.
