In the voting, member profiles are presented to you based on your search criteria. You get an overview of the pictures, the profile text and the search criteria of the member.
Based on this information, you can then make a decision using the buttons:
Top! Sorry, not for me!
If you are undecided, it is also possible to skip using the following button:
If you select "Top!" the member can see your decision in the overview under the heading "Find me good". (To use this function, an active premium membership is required. You can find all the advantages of the individual memberships here in the overview)
If you skip a member's profile, no decision will be stored and the member will be shown to you again when you are active in voting again.
If the option "Sorry, not for me!" is selected, the member will not be notified about your decision. The profile will then no longer be available for voting for 30 days.
You can rate a maximum of 50 member profiles in voting within 12 hours, regardless of membership. Marking outside the voting, directly on the member's profile, is not affected by this limitation.
The following symbols appear, based on your voting decisions, in various places in JOYclub, for example in the member search or ClubMails.
Member was marked with "Top!"
Member was marked with "Don't know!"
Member was marked with "Sorry, not for me!"
It's a match!
The members suggested to you in the voting are based on your search criteria. You can adjust the criteria for the current voting session in the voting itself via the button , your search settings of the profile remain unaffected.
If you have clicked on a profile, you can change a decision you made prior via the profile of the member or the overview of your voting decisions at any time. You can find the sections here:
You will see a maximum of your last 100 decisions within the last 30 days.
If you have marked each other with "Top!" you will see the notification about the match. This mutual interest can be used to get in contact.
Note: Please note that a Plus or Premium membership is required to start a conversation, even with a match. (You can find all the benefits of each membership in the overview here)
Good to know: Viewing a profile in Voting is displayed to the member as a profile visit. If you do not want this, the visit can be hidden by using the invisible mode.
