There are different profile types in JOYclub, depending on whether you are searching as a couple or solo.
The authenticity seal for verified members ensures trust within the community and gives fake profiles no chance. At the same time, the seal also confirms the validity of the profile type. Because what is written on it should also be in it.
What do we and our members look out for in the appropriate use and when does a changeover take place? Here are the most important things in brief.
Single profile:
- You are a real person and register alone. Your login data is only known to you and will only be used by you.
- The specified gender is the same as your real gender.
- Your personal information, such as your age, is true.
- You are looking for new contacts within JOYclub for yourself alone.
Couple profile:
- You and your partner are real persons and register together. The login data is known to both of you and can be used independently.
- The indicated genders are the same as your real genders.
- Your personal information, such as your age, is true.
- You are both active in JOYclub and are looking for new contacts together.**
If the mentioned conditions for the use of your profile type are no longer fulfilled, please contact the support directly: Change of entry type
Your profile will then be changed to the appropriate profile type.
If the JOY team is informed that your profile type does not meet the conditions mentioned above, an authenticity check or the change to the appropriate profile type according to our terms of use may take place.
