There are three different ways to edit contacts:
1. Quick edit using the edit buttons
You will find the edit buttons on the right-hand side of the contact overview. These enable you to set all the important options for each contact directly in the overview with just one click. In addition, and again with just one click, you can write a ClubMail to the contact in question or call up an overview where you can edit the contact in detail.
2. Detailed editing of individual contacts
In addition to the quick edit button options, detailed contact editing allows you to make notes for each individual contact and save their information to folders.
3. Bulk editing of several contacts
The bulk edit option enables you to edit several contacts at the same time.
You can either edit all your contacts or all contacts in a specific folder.
Where to find the bulk edit option:
You can edit all contacts by scrolling to the bottom of the "My contacts" contact manager and then clicking "Edit list". You can edit contacts in individual folders by first selecting a folder on the left in the contact manager and then clicking on "Edit list" in the relevant folder under the list with all contacts.
Here’s how to make bulk changes:
You can edit several contacts at once by ticking the boxes next to their usernames. Then, from the bottom right, select one of the following actions to apply to all the selected contacts:
* Add the selected contacts to one of your folders
* Delete the selected contacts
* Show selected contacts on your wall
* Show selected contacts in messenger
