If you wish to cancel your transaction, it is open to you to send your request to NetDebit in writing (e.g. letter, fax, email) within 14 days without providing a reason.
The cancellation period shall be deemed to have been met if notice of cancellation has been dispatched within this period. Please address your cancellation to our payment service provider NetDebit.

If you are not fully satisfied with your membership, you can cancel it within 14 days. As a goodwill gesture, we will waive the charge for days already used and refund the full amount.
However, we would like to point out that in the event of cancellation, we will no longer offer any further booking options or be able to accept any further cancellations.
This also extends to any new and other profiles on our platform. In this event, if you make a further purchase and then cancel it, we regret that we will not be able to accept this and the purchase will continue at a charge.
