You can view your current membership status here. Depending on your payment method, there are different ways to cancel your subscription.
NetDebit or Novalnet
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your Profile manager under "Membership".
JOYCE app via Playstore and iTunes
Google Playstore
* Open Google Play
* Check that you’re registered in the correct Google account
* Tap on the hamburger icon and then on "Subscriptions"
(Caution: Google has recently modified its design! The icon is now above the avatar at the top right.)
* Select the subscription you wish to cancel
* Tap on “Cancel subscription”
* Then follow the instructions
Apple iTunes
* Open the Settings app
* Tap on your name
* Tap on "Subscriptions"
(If "Subscriptions" does not appear, tap on "iTunes & App Store" instead.
Then tap on your Apple ID and "View Apple ID", sign in, scroll down to "Subscriptions", and tap "Subscriptions".)
* Tap the subscription you want to cancel
* Tap on “Cancel subscription”
Note: If you do not see "Cancel subscription", the subscription has already been cancelled and will not be renewed.
Cancellation of bank transfer to F&P
Cancellation is not necessary in this case, as paying us (F&P GmbH) directly by bank transfer is not a subscription. The membership will simply expire after the period paid for.
